This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As the initial point of contact for our users and healthcare professionals, you will engage via phone and written communication with a calm demeanor, empathy, and a sincere commitment to resolving issues.
• Your role goes beyond merely addressing technical and content-related inquiries; you strive to fully comprehend them.
• You diligently follow up on bugs and issues until they are completely resolved, maintaining persistence throughout the process.
• Your passion for communication allows you to manage your time effectively, ensuring you maintain an overview even when handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• You are well-versed in modern support tools such as Intercom, utilizing them efficiently to enhance user experience.
• You think critically beyond your immediate duties, identifying opportunities for process improvement, proactively proposing changes, and taking ownership of initiatives.
• You possess confident communication skills, both written and verbal, and are adept at engaging with diverse individuals.
• You are capable of working independently and recognize when to escalate issues or involve your team, naturally taking responsibility for your tasks.
• With a keen eye for detail, you remain focused even in complicated situations.
• You have a solid technical understanding, with support tools like Intercom, Microsoft Office, and digital workflows being second nature to you.
• You bring several years of experience in direct customer support, preferably within a medical environment.
• Your interest in AI tools and emerging technologies drives you to integrate them pragmatically into your daily tasks.
• You are fluent in German and possess strong communication skills in English.
