This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a substantial volume of primarily outbound calls to ensure that patients receive their healthcare supplies.
β’ Generate and submit patient orders, accurately update accounts, and handle multiple systems concurrently.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to address patient and order-related concerns.
β’ Achieve defined performance targets for productivity, quality, and service excellence.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
β’ A high school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales are required.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
β’ Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of troubleshooting while managing shifting priorities.
β’ Detail-focused with a strong emphasis on accuracy and high-quality data entry.
