Patient Success Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a substantial volume of primarily outbound calls to ensure that patients receive their healthcare supplies.

• Generate and submit patient orders, accurately update accounts, and handle multiple systems concurrently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address patient and order-related concerns.

• Achieve defined performance targets for productivity, quality, and service excellence.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales are required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of troubleshooting while managing shifting priorities.

• Detail-focused with a strong emphasis on accuracy and high-quality data entry.
