Patient Success Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a substantial volume of predominantly outbound calls to guarantee patients receive their healthcare supplies.

• Generate and submit patient orders efficiently.

• Accurately complete updates for accounts.

• Operate multiple systems concurrently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address patient and order-related inquiries.

• Achieve productivity, quality, and service excellence targets.

• Handle over 100 calls each day.

• Maintain an average conversation duration of four minutes.

• Meet sales-per-hour objectives.

• Provide outstanding customer service and foster positive patient experiences.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A customer-focused mindset.

• Self-driven and adaptable to change.

• Capable of troubleshooting and managing shifting priorities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and data entry quality.

• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, on a fixed 8-hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST.

• Experience in a HIPAA-compliant work environment.

• A hardwired Ethernet internet connection via cable or fiber is necessary.

• Minimum internet speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload are required.

• Capability to complete an internet speed test during the interview process.

• Must be able to remain on camera with microphones unmuted throughout training sessions.

• Proficiency in Spanish is eligible for an additional pay differential.
