This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient accounts

• Ensure compliance with all insurance prerequisites

• Evaluate insurance coverage and associated benefits

• Contact patients to remind them of outstanding balances

• 2 to 5 years of experience in hospital access, physician offices, or billing and collections

• Familiarity with basic grammar and mathematical concepts

• Some postsecondary education is preferred
