Patient Scheduler – Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage client and provider schedules according to service requirements and staffing availability.

• Oversee daily schedules and promptly address cancellations, call-outs, and scheduling conflicts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the timely scheduling of both new and existing clients.

• Keep precise scheduling records and monitor service utilization through scheduling systems.

• Produce scheduling and utilization reports for management.

• Professionally communicate scheduling updates in both English and Spanish.

• Raise staffing or scheduling concerns when required.

• Offer additional operational and administrative assistance as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, or operations support.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, home care, or ABA therapy scheduling.

• Familiarity with scheduling or practice management software; knowledge of AlohaABA, Hi Rasmus, or Zoho is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Keen attention to detail and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
