This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Promptly respond to incoming inquiries and leads from patients.
• Conduct follow-up communications via calls, emails, and messages.
• Inform prospective patients about consultations, coaching services, and the GUIDE Program.
• Assist patients with the scheduling and enrollment procedures.
• Follow up with eligible patients to help them complete their GUIDE Program enrollment.
• Maintain regular communication and build relationships with prospective patients and their families.
• Act as a liaison between the marketing and medical/operations teams.
• Coordinate outreach efforts in line with clinic scheduling availability and operational processes.
• Provide insights regarding patient concerns, trends, and obstacles to conversion.
• Keep accurate records of documentation and communications in internal systems.
• Monitor outreach activities, conversion rates, and enrollment metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement in onboarding and patient conversion processes.
• Support clinic growth initiatives through organized outreach efforts.
• Assist with community relationship-building and patient engagement initiatives as needed.
• Manage incoming new patient inquiries and follow up with previously contacted individuals.
• Close sales with interested prospects.
• Identify current patients potentially eligible for the Medicare program.
• Re-engage with patients.
• Promote the GUIDE program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in sales.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Background in healthcare outreach, patient coordination, customer success, enrollment support, sales, or marketing coordination.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism with patients and their families.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with consistent outbound follow-up and patient communication.
• Capable of working independently while collaborating across teams.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Ability to uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Must reside in Latam.

• Experience with healthcare enrollment or Medicare-related programs.
• Background in functional medicine, wellness, senior care, or cognitive health sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM or EHR systems.
