This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the operational implementation of patient recruitment and retention objectives for designated studies, ensuring they align with the approved recruitment strategy and study timelines.
• Manage the logistics of translations, production, and distribution of patient-facing and study materials across various countries, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and assemble country-specific submission packages, ensuring that required materials are forwarded to Regulatory teams in accordance with submission requirements and timelines.
• Maintain and monitor study timelines, milestones, and deliverables utilizing Smartsheet or other designated project management tools to facilitate on-time delivery.
• Assist with project-specific, interdepartmental, and role-specific training activities as necessary to ensure consistent execution of recruitment processes.
• Oversee and manage substantial volumes of study-related data, ensuring precise and timely data entry into designated tracking systems and tools in line with project requirements.
• Support finance-related tasks, including assisting in the generation and review of periodic project and financial reports.
• Ensure timely uploading, maintenance, and quality control of study documentation within eTMF/Wingspan or other designated systems, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Ensure that patient recruitment deliverables are completed accurately, compliantly, and within specified timelines to support overall study execution.
• Identify operational risks, data inconsistencies, or delivery challenges and proactively communicate issues and potential mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management to support overall project and departmental objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences is preferred.
• Approximately 2 years of clinical research experience (working in a site or a CRO).
• Experience in finance is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a solid command of English (to be assessed).
• Proficient in word processing and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and effective presentation skills.
• Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in data analysis and presentation software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
