This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to inquiries and gather information from patients via phone.
• Address patient needs and requests regarding appointments, services, and support.
• Organize patient appointments within each region while considering travel times for optimal efficiency.
• Confirm patient appointments and keep appointment calendars updated and accurate.
• Register patients with third-party entities as necessary.
• Enter and maintain detailed patient notes in the Practice Management software.
• Distribute electronic Patient Intake Forms to new patients.
• Provide patients with location details and directions.
• Collaborate with Providers to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
• Check the status of orders through internal systems and third-party partner portals.
• Keep current information on manufacturers and third-party providers.
• Develop professional relationships with regional third-party contacts.
• Maintain an understanding of key functions within related internal departments and teams.
• Foster positive feedback from external patient reviews.
• Respond to and follow up on emails, calls, and voicemails within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Participate in company meetings through video conferencing technology.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all interactions with patients.
• Available full-time from Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
• Ideally located in the CST or EST time zones.
• Outstanding phone communication skills.
• Ability to meet documentation and process deadlines.
• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with team members, external partners, and manufacturers.
• Employ an interactive problem-solving approach with patients.
• Respond to and follow up on emails, calls, and voicemails within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Commitment to ongoing improvement through training and enhanced care processes.
• Attend and be punctual for company meetings.
• Proficient in using video conferencing technology.
• Use company-provided devices or equipment for patient communications; personal information and phone numbers are not allowed.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
