This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist patients directly in navigating benefits applications and engage with the community at our partner clinics.
β’ Enroll patients in designated programs through Link Healthβs dashboard.
β’ Communicate in a professional and appropriate manner with the leadership team and Senior Patient Navigators.
β’ Complete all necessary compliance documentation.
β’ Opportunity to write and publish op/ed pieces, conduct research, and present findings at conferences.
β’ Outgoing personality with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
β’ Positive, proactive, and personable team member who is focused on achieving goals.
β’ Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
β’ Strong interest in promoting social and economic justice.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate effectively, earning trust and showing respect for others through honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy, and authenticity.
β’ Motivated to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions for any potential challenges.
β’ Comfort in acknowledging knowledge gaps and understanding that feedback is integral to the learning process.
β’ Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with DaisyChain is preferred.
