This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with potential patients who express interest in SignatureMD physicians and programs.
• Effectively communicate the advantages of personalized healthcare and concierge medicine services.
• Foster relationships with prospective patients and assist them throughout the membership enrollment process.
• Conduct timely follow-up communications to resolve inquiries and promote enrollment.
• Precisely document all interactions, activities, and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Monitor and achieve performance metrics, including outreach activities and conversion targets.
• Participate in patient informational sessions and occasional evening events as necessary.
• Attend training sessions and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with all privacy regulations.
• Prior experience in sales, healthcare services, customer success, patient relations, or high-touch hospitality environments.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment while sustaining high productivity and accountability.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Understanding of healthcare services; familiarity with concierge or personalized medicine is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
