Patient Intake Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the registration and scheduling of patients within a call center setting

• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients with accuracy and efficiency

• Handle a significant volume of incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally

• Relay all relevant patient information effectively

• Confirm and document insurance details

• Keep assigned appointment reports updated and maintained

• High School diploma/GED or an equivalent qualification

• Experience in customer service

• Preferred experience in a healthcare setting related to pre-registration or appointment scheduling

• Preferred background in a call center environment
