This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for patients and families of Josi Health through phone, email, and live chat.
• Organize and schedule diagnostic evaluations.
• Gather and confirm intake information, insurance details, and necessary documentation.
• Follow up with patients concerning any missing forms or appointment prerequisites.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Keep precise records and documentation within internal systems.
• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to tackle scheduling or workflow challenges.
• Research and offer resources for post-diagnosis support when necessary.
• Assist in identifying recurring operational challenges and propose workflow enhancements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure or emotionally charged circumstances.
• Comfortable juggling multiple conversations and tasks at once.
• Dependable remote work setup with high-speed internet access.
• Backup power and internet solutions must be available during outages.
• Availability to work primarily during US business hours.
• Ability to work independently within a structured remote workflow.
• Previous experience in healthcare support, patient coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in remote work within fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zendesk, Intercom, or EHR systems is preferred.
