
Patient Intake and Scheduling Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming calls from prospective patients and provide professional assistance with inquiries about services and appointments.
• Make outbound calls to potential patient leads and follow up on online bookings to gather any missing or necessary information.
• Collect comprehensive and accurate demographic and insurance details from patients.
• Acquire insurance cards from patients and confirm their acceptance prior to scheduling appointments.
• Work closely with the insurance verification team to ensure appropriate patient bookings based on their coverage and plan acceptance.
• Partner with Physical Therapists (PTs) to follow up on patients who need scheduling or rescheduling.
• Arrange patient evaluations and follow-up appointments up to 4–6 weeks ahead.
• Create and maintain patient records with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
• Ensure that all patient information is accurately documented to facilitate clinical and billing processes.
• Keep organized records of patient status to avoid missed follow-ups or lost leads.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills with patients.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency for daily interactions with patients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic, patient-facing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure timely follow-ups and precise scheduling.
• High level of attention to detail and dedication to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Experience in healthcare intake, patient scheduling, or medical front-desk operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR or patient management systems is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
