This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Nplate patient marketing strategy.
• Manage consumer initiatives, conduct patient market research, and create branded patient education materials.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing lead to execute integrated omnichannel strategies.
• Direct the patient advocacy strategy and its execution in partnership with advocacy organizations and internal cross-functional teams.
• Enhance the Patient Journey and Point-of-Care initiatives to improve experiences for patients and customers while minimizing treatment barriers.
• Create initiatives aimed at improving patient access, affordability, adherence, and continuity of treatment.
• Oversee the commercial strategy for APPs, pharmacists, IDNs, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Assist with the Opinion Leader engagement strategy alongside Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Sales, Congress, and Advocacy teams.
• Support commercial planning and execution for key hematology congresses.
• Aid in the annual brand strategy and tactical plan development and execution.
• Manage the Nplate marketing budget, including forecasting, purchase orders, agency collaborations, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution among internal teams and external agency partners.
• Oversee agency partners and ensure compliance in the review of promotional materials.
• Participate in LVL commercial experiments, assess marketing performance and customer insights, document learnings, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Master’s degree with 2 years of experience in marketing, commercial roles, consulting, or the pharmaceutical industry OR a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree with 8 years of applicable experience OR a High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in marketing, commercial roles, consulting, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing.
• Background in HCP and patient marketing.
• Proven experience supporting brands in hematology, oncology, rare diseases, or specialty care.
• Capability to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong skills in project management and budget management.
• Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Data & Analytics, Patient Services, and Advocacy organizations.
• Familiarity with promotional review processes and systems, such as MAC and Veeva PromoMats.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform customer insights into commercial actions.
• Eagerness to learn and apply AI, automation, and emerging digital capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, accompanied by a strong executive presence.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities while ensuring high-quality execution.
