
Patient Experience Specialist β Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to incoming patient calls in a dynamic call center setting while delivering outstanding patient assistance.
β’ Conduct outbound calls for appointment reminders, medication adherence follow-ups, strategic initiatives, and no-next-appointment outreach.
β’ Manage communication with patients through SMS (text), chat, and email.
β’ Oversee reviews and implement closed-loop service recovery processes.
β’ Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations in all interactions.
β’ Investigate and resolve patient issues to achieve resolution on the first contact.
β’ Maintain comprehensive records, including patient files, contracts, payer details, and insurance information, utilizing Elation, our EMR system.
β’ Achieve or surpass all goals, KPIs, and metrics established for the Patient Experience Center of Excellence.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Minimum of 2 years in a virtual healthcare administrative support position or call center experience.
β’ Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems.
β’ Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with high discretion.
β’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
