This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Experience and Hospitality Services.
β’ As a strategic partner, you will lead the development, coordination, execution, and management of strategic consulting efforts in support of the care site and the OhioHealth Customer Experience Office.
β’ You will implement organizational strategic initiatives, provide education and training, and drive continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
β’ The position involves offering strategic consulting services and expertise within inpatient, outpatient, or emergency department settings.
β’ You will be responsible for the creation and broad deployment of educational and training programs.
β’ Your role includes creating, executing, and innovating standards and best practices for service and operational excellence.
β’ You will lead the development and coordination of leadership and workforce symposiums that are pertinent to the organizational experience.
β’ Additionally, you will develop comprehensive presentations and status reports for senior leadership.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree is required.
β’ A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is necessary.
β’ A Master's Degree is preferred.
β’ Project Management training is required, with PMP certification preferred.
β’ Facilitation and training experience is required.
β’ Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Change Management is preferred (e.g., Green or Black Belt).
β’ A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in leadership, healthcare administration, operations improvement, organizational development, or a consulting position is required.
β’ Professional experience in the training and development field is needed.
β’ This position requires experience and training in large-scale project management (PMP preferred).
β’ Experience in healthcare and customer service is essential.
β’ An understanding of best practices in the service, retail, and/or hospitality industries (e.g., Disney, Studer) is required.
β’ Public speaking skills and the ability to develop contextually rich and visually compelling presentations to communicate complex concepts are necessary.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project is required.
β’ You should possess exceptionally strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive insightful findings from both quantitative and qualitative data.
