This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Make outbound and inbound calls to inform patients about CCM, RPM, and associated clinical programs.
β’ Effectively articulate the advantages of the program, along with eligibility criteria, consent requirements, and expectations.
β’ Enroll patients successfully during real-time interactions while addressing any objections and questions they may have.
β’ Arrange patient appointments with clinical pharmacists and care teams.
β’ Facilitate seamless transitions between enrollment and clinical operations.
β’ Respond swiftly to patient inquiries through phone, voicemail, and email communication.
β’ Coordinate with provider offices and insurance representatives as necessary to assist with enrollment.
β’ Meticulously document all patient interactions in compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and internal quality standards.
β’ Verify that consent, eligibility, and enrollment information is complete and ready for auditing.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and quality teams.
β’ Achieve or surpass enrollment, call volume, and quality performance metrics.
β’ Engage in training, coaching, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or patient-facing role is required.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, with a solid understanding of healthcare workflows is essential.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a physician office or medical clinic setting is required.
β’ Over 3 years of medical clinic experience demonstrating strong performance and reliability is essential.
β’ Previous sales or enrollment experience in healthcare or related sectors is preferred.
β’ A valid Medical Assistant License is required.
β’ Flexibility in scheduling with both part-time and full-time options available.
