Patient Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct a significant number of outbound calls and texts to patients during each shift.

• Arrange initial appointments and ensure consistent follow-up.

• Accurately record every interaction.

• Clearly and compassionately explain our program.

• Address common questions or concerns effectively.

• Collaborate closely with the care team for a seamless patient handoff.

• Must be available to start immediately.

• Diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive; someone who effectively manages every lead and follow-up.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Strong communicator with a warm and confident demeanor.

• Experience in a phone-based role (healthcare, intakes, enrollment, call center, customer support, admissions, aesthetics, etc.).

• Sales experience is an advantage.

• Reliable and organized, with effective personal systems for managing your workload.

• Must be available for a consistent part-time schedule, with flexibility for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts (weekend availability is a plus).
