This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Perform outbound calls to eligible members and patients who have been referred.
• Handle incoming calls and address patient inquiries regarding RightMove services.
• Inform patients about available care options and outline the next steps.
• Confirm eligibility and arrange initial evaluations.
• Diligently document all patient interactions in CRM systems.
• Escalate or direct complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
• Identify and recommend improvements for workflows, outreach efficiency, and patient experience.
• Assist referred patients with onboarding and scheduling processes.
• Provide real-time support to patients through inbound calls.
• Ensure accurate and compliant documentation is maintained.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all relevant compliance standards.
• High school diploma or GED is required (associate degree is preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare customer service, patient engagement, scheduling, or call center settings.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort with phone-based outreach.
• Ability to clearly and compassionately explain healthcare services.
• Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or documentation tools is essential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to multitask.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
