This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct outbound calls, texts, and other virtual outreach to arrange Annual Visits and follow-up appointments for current patients.
• Maintain a daily outbound call goal of over 135 calls, utilizing structured call queues in our internal CRM tools throughout the day.
• Utilize SMS and message-based outreach to confirm appointments and follow up on scheduling with patients.
• Simultaneously navigate and maintain records in internal CRM systems and spreadsheets during and after calls.
• Inform patients about the significance of ongoing care and the advantages of completing their annual visits and necessary follow-up appointments with clinicians.
• Manage patient calls with warmth and professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
• Work closely with clinical care teams to ensure alignment on visit readiness and follow-up procedures.
• Provide an empathetic, respectful, and supportive patient experience on every call.
• Track scheduling metrics and assist in achieving engagement goals, ensuring both call volume targets and service quality are maintained.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the care team to address basic inquiries and concerns about services.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume outbound call environment, ideally in healthcare customer service or healthcare sales/direct marketing.
• Exceptional patient communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with seniors and other patients.
• Strong computer skills, along with a basic understanding of G-Suite (e.g., Google Docs/Sheets).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking notes while conversing and working across two systems at the same time.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems (Preferred).
• Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs and senior services (Preferred).
