Patient Engagement Coordinator

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients involved in research programs.

• Perform scheduled patient calls to discuss study materials and secure informed consent.

• Organize and coordinate initial patient enrollment calls.

• Keep comprehensive, precise, and thorough records of patient interactions.

• Interact with patients to comprehend their motivations and resolve any concerns.

• Exhibit strong technical skills and a quick learning aptitude.

• 0-2 years of experience in clinical research operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Patience and empathy in patient interactions.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient with technology.

• A college degree is preferred.

• Experience with elderly and ethnically diverse populations is highly valued.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and Adobe products.
