Patient Concierge Agent – Inbound Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound patient inquiries promptly via phone, SMS, and email.

• Establish trust and build relationships with potential patients.

• Offer detailed information about medical procedures and consultation processes.

• Consistently follow up with prospective patients during their decision-making process.

• Schedule consultations directly into the calendars of providers.

• Keep accurate records in company systems and CRM platforms.

• Provide an outstanding patient experience in every interaction.

• Achieve objectives related to appointment booking and follow-ups.

• Operate independently in a fully remote environment.

• Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth patient communication.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Excellent telephone etiquette with a warm, friendly, and professional communication approach.

• Proven reliability, strong attendance record, and excellent time management skills.

• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.

• Strong orientation towards customer service.

• Comfortable discussing healthcare and surgical services with patients.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective follow-up skills.

• Advantageous:

• Previous experience in appointment setting.

• Background in customer service or customer experience roles.

• Experience in inbound sales.

• Background in call center operations.

• Experience in patient coordination or healthcare administration.

• Familiarity with working with Australian, UK, or US clients.

• Experience in remote work environments.
