📋 Description

• Oversee and arrange client appointments for energy consultancy services through phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Ensure effective communication with Dutch-speaking clients to clarify intricate energy solutions and sustainability projects.

• Keep internal CRM systems updated for precise tracking of client inquiries and appointment statuses within the energy sector.

• Work alongside the sales team to prioritize valuable prospects in both residential and commercial energy markets.

• Offer expert insights regarding energy efficiency services and competitive pricing strategies.

• Achieve and surpass performance KPIs that are specifically designed for the energy market outreach strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (both spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.

• A valid EU passport (essential) to facilitate relocation for these roles in Greece.

• A strong passion for the energy industry, with the capability to communicate technical advantages to potential clients.

• Outstanding organizational abilities, crucial for managing remote schedules and appointment workflows.

• Previous experience in customer service or appointment scheduling is highly desirable.
