Patient Care Specialist – Spine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Support Orthofix Territory Managers and Distributors with patient education and device training sessions.

• Deliver direct, personalized, and prompt service on behalf of Orthofix.

• Assist in fitting patients with devices.

• Organize educational meetings with patients and staff concerning Orthofix stimulation products.

• Clarify benefits and outline patient responsibilities.

• Manage the collection of paperwork necessary for order processing.

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone calls.

• Gather and submit HIPAA-protected information related to orders.

• Lift and transport products to different locations.

• Travel within the designated territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must currently reside within the Northern Ohio geographic area.

• Exceptional time management abilities.

• Capability to present information to both individuals and larger groups.

• Proficiency in accurately maintaining a monthly fitter log that details patient fittings, including date and time, serial number, and type of device.

• Capacity to lift and transport products repeatedly throughout each day.

• Ability to lift approximately 20–30 pounds.

• Approximately 90% travel required within the territory by car.

• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are necessary when traveling by car.

• Consistent attendance is mandatory.
