📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and their families.

• Address patient inquiries and concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

• Organize appointments, referrals, and necessary follow-up care.

• Effectively communicate with healthcare providers and other staff members to guarantee seamless patient care.

• Keep accurate and current patient records and documentation.

• Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Comply with all HIPAA regulations and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.

• Prior experience in patient interaction or within a medical practice environment.

• Proven ability to manage patient communications over the phone or make calls on behalf of physicians.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred.
