Patient Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Responding to patient inquiries regarding Winona’s products and services via text message, email, and phone calls.

• Conducting both inbound and outbound calls to address questions or concerns while maintaining a high standard of customer service in every interaction.

• Providing detailed information about Winona’s offerings.

• Ensuring patient satisfaction and delivering professional support to patients.

• Managing patient complaints and determining the best response and strategy to resolve issues promptly.

• Recording patient interactions, managing patient accounts, and organizing documents.

• Assisting doctors with various requests to address specific patient issues or inquiries.

• Delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant customer service experience in a remote setting.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in English must meet C1 or C2 standards.

• Practical experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, email applications, and other basic computer skills.

• Familiarity with Slack, JustCall, Intercom, Stripe, Calendly, and Google Suite is advantageous.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple work platforms simultaneously.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.

• Experience in the healthcare or medical sector is a plus.

• A personal computer and a reliable internet connection are required for remote work.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM EST is mandatory.
