Patient Care Coordinator – NCLEX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and care pathways for patients.

• Handling both inbound and outbound communication with patients.

• Keeping patient records accurate and current.

• Actively working to minimize missed appointments and delays.

• Serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• NCLEX certification required.

• Prior experience in patient coordination or roles supporting healthcare.

• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare processes.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

• - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**.
