Patient Booking Specialist – Medical Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound communications with warm leads via RingCentral.

• Set up appointments within Go High Level CRM and ensure accurate, real-time documentation of leads.

• Utilize approved call scripts and objection-handling techniques; confidently convey the value of 4Ever Young services.

• Follow up with prospects who missed bookings or appointments; re-engage and reschedule as needed.

• Achieve or surpass weekly booking goals and call quality standards.

• Play a role in developing the operational playbook; as part of a new team, your contributions will help shape its functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for rotating Saturdays: mandatory from the start, without exceptions.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in call centers, patient scheduling, or high-volume phone customer service as your primary role.

• Experience making over 30 calls per shift in your most recent phone-based position: this role is not for a front desk or receptionist.

• Proven track record of meeting booking, scheduling, or conversion targets.

• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software (Go High Level preferred; any equivalent is acceptable).

• Home internet connection of 100 Mbps or faster: this must be verified prior to hiring via speed.cloudflare.com.

• A dedicated and private workspace at home for VoIP calls.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

🏝️ Benefits

• Base pay of $20.00–$24.00 per hour: based on experience.

• Additional $3.00 for every appointment booked: compensation on top of the base, paid each shift.

• At 15 bookings per day: approximately $27/hr effective | At 20 bookings per day: approximately $29.50/hr effective.
