Patient Advocate Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise the Patient Advocate Team tasked with initiating outbound calls to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional financial assistance.

• Support the Revenue Manager in the daily oversight of Patient Advocates.

• Oversee scheduling, annual performance evaluations, counseling sessions, candidate interviews, time-card approvals, recruitment, and employee discipline.

• Be prepared to work additional days or hours as required to fulfill assigned duties.

• Travel out of town when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in pharmacy or a related field is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Solid knowledge and comprehension of community pharmacy clerical duties and pharmacy technician roles.

• Capability to work independently.

• Proficient multitasking skills coupled with strong organizational capabilities.

• High level of interpersonal skills for managing sensitive and confidential matters.

• Proven poise, tact, and diplomatic skills.

• An active Pharmacy Technician license is mandatory.

• Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB) in the state of employment is preferred.

• Some out-of-town travel may be necessary.

• Must be able to work extra days/hours as required.

• Successful completion of background, drug, and nicotine screening.

• Required vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine, unless an approved exemption is provided.

• Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
