Patient Adherence Medical Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform outbound outreach to enhance patient adherence and support RPM engagement objectives.

• Motivate and inform patients to complete necessary physiological readings on a monthly basis.

• Conduct Interactive Communication calls to evaluate patient status and promote clinical engagement.

• Recognize and tackle barriers to adherence through education and motivational assistance.

• Prioritize outreach efforts based on adherence status and specific campaign needs.

• Keep precise and compliant records of all patient interactions.

• Refer clinical concerns or patient issues to the appropriate care teams.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams and AI outreach systems to facilitate effective patient engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Medical Assistant license is required.

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.

• A strong passion for patient engagement and education.

• Moderate to advanced skills in EHR systems.

• Experience in a medical or sales-oriented position is preferred.

• $20 per hour base pay

• Shift Differentials: Evening Differential: +$1.50/hour for hours worked after 7:00 PM

• Late-Night Differential: +$2.00/hour for hours worked after 10:00 PM

• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour for all hours worked Saturday and Sunday

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 paid after 120 days of continuous employment

• Monthly Bonus Potential 5% Bilingual Pay Allowance, if eligible.
