Patient Adherence Medical Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in proactive outreach to enhance patient adherence and support RPM engagement objectives.

• Motivate and educate patients to fulfill necessary physiological readings on a monthly basis.

• Conduct Interactive Communication calls to evaluate patient well-being and foster clinical involvement.

• Recognize and tackle obstacles to adherence through educational initiatives and motivational assistance.

• Prioritize outreach efforts according to adherence levels and campaign specifications.

• Ensure precise and compliant documentation of all patient interactions.

• Report clinical concerns or patient-related issues to the relevant care teams.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and AI outreach systems to facilitate effective patient engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active Medical Assistant license is required.

• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.

• A strong commitment to patient engagement and education.

• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Experience in a medical or sales-oriented position is preferred.
