This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle all incoming phone calls.
• Investigate customer issues while gathering relevant customer information.
• Process payments from customers.
• Address all customer inquiries through fax, email, and calls.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal clients and payors.
• Clearly communicate with customers regarding their medical and financial matters.
• Guide each customer inquiry to a resolution.
• Conduct research and analysis on account issues to resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.
• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Required Work Experience: Over 3 years in healthcare, billing, or service roles.
• Minimum of 3 years of Medical Billing experience.
• Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) certification.
• Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience with medical insurance billing and claims processing.
• Familiarity with Epic or eClinicalWorks systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
