This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Epic Patient Access applications, including Epic Cadence and Epic Prelude.
• Optimize and support referral workflows, ensuring precise routing, processing, and follow-up.
• Enhance and maintain scheduling configurations, including visit types, decision trees, and scheduling guidelines.
• Assist and troubleshoot patient engagement workflows within Epic MyChart.
• Address Help Desk tickets associated with Cadence, Prelude, MyChart, and referral workflows in line with SLAs.
• Support Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) processes and ensure accurate verification of insurance.
• Collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and clinical operations teams to enhance workflows and user experiences.
• Engage in system testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
• Evaluate access-related issues and suggest improvements for systems or workflows.
• Candidates must hold certifications in the following Epic applications: Epic Cadence Certification.
• Epic Prelude Certification.
• Epic Welcome Certification.
• Epic MyChart Certification.
• Epic Referrals Certification.
• Substantial hands-on experience in Epic Patient Access environments.
• Extensive knowledge of: Decision Trees, Visit Types configuration, and maintenance.
• Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) workflows.
• Referral workflows and scheduling optimization.
• Help Desk ticket resolution and end-user support.
• Experience in healthcare IT, preferably with a focus on Epic access applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
