This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting interviews with clients

• Addressing USPTO Office Actions

• Crafting high-quality U.S. patent applications for leading technology firms

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar discipline

• Licensed to practice in at least one State (if an attorney) and registered with the USPTO

• A minimum of 3+ years of patent prosecution experience at a prestigious law firm, specifically in semiconductor issues

• Exceptional academic record along with industry or research credentials

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities

• Highly efficient in patent prosecution processes
