This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conducting interviews with clients

• Addressing USPTO Office Actions

• Crafting high-quality U.S. patent applications for leading technology firms

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline

• Admitted to practice in at least one State (if attorney) and recognized by the USPTO

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in patent prosecution at a prestigious law firm, particularly in semiconductor issues

• Exemplary academic record and relevant industry or research credentials

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English

• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities

• Highly efficient in patent prosecution processes
