⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in software and electronics is essential, while experience in health and medicine is advantageous.

• Candidates should have a thorough understanding of all facets of U.S. and international patent prosecution.

• Previous experience at a firm and registration with the USPTO is mandatory.

• Relevant industry experience is beneficial, along with knowledge of patent litigation.

• Candidates must demonstrate an outstanding academic record, exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and oral), a strong commitment to providing outstanding client service, and a creative, strategic mindset toward prosecution.
