This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute sales initiatives through telephone communications (telemarketing)
• Identify, follow up with, and manage the customer portfolio
• Create quotations for parts
• Generate orders and invoices
• Monitor orders in collaboration with customers and the shipping/dispatch team
• Possession of a valid Category B driver's license
• Completion of high school education
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in sales is preferred, particularly in a dealership setting
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Adaptability and creativity in approach
• Initiative and eagerness to learn
• Capacity for empathy and rapport-building in sales contexts
• Strong negotiation capabilities
• Proficient in effectively managing objections
