• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for seamless integration.
• Serve as the main operational point of contact between the organization and partners, managing all routine communications including outreach, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Organize and manage all elements of last-click campaigns across various platforms including Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, Sponsored Email, and other channels within partners’ 360-deal commitments.
• Utilize AI-assisted drafting tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to customize welcome sequences and onboarding communications at scale, while generating personalized campaign briefs and reports.
• Address and resolve campaign issues as they arise, implementing solutions to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
• Manage partnership deliverables within Integrated Marketing Campaigns across all partner channels specified in 360-deal agreements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
• Actively identify and tackle challenges throughout campaigns to ensure smooth execution.
• Review partner deliverables following AI compliance checks.
• Oversee tracking and reporting processes to evaluate partnership deliverables and the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Prepare organized performance summaries, leveraging AI to automate recurring report generation and highlight trends within partner cohorts.
• Strengthen existing partner relationships to discover opportunities for deal expansion and facilitate warm introductions to new partners.
• Manage Tier 2 program operations, including invitations, setups, and monthly payments.
• Maintain a partner intelligence database to track deal statuses, renewal dates, expansion potential, and relationship health scores.
• Research and evaluate potential new partners using AI-powered prospecting tools; initiate outreach for new opportunities.
• Coordinate all partner-facing activities related to product launches, including product shipments, asset collection, interview coordination, and tracking of deliverables.
• Ensure partners are properly briefed, equipped, and aligned prior to launch periods using standardized launch playbooks.
• Proactively seek opportunities to automate repetitive partnership workflows such as email drafting, reporting, and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted templates and prompt libraries for recurring tasks.
• Document and refine AI-enhanced processes with clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalability with the team.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, influencer marketing, or partnership management.
• Preferred industry experience in health & wellness, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Proven track record in managing social media campaigns, specifically with creators on Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) and automation tools (like Zapier) to enhance daily work efficiency.
• Must be available to work full-time hours aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
