This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate directly with the Strategic Partnerships Lead to operationalize the partner ecosystem at Synera.
• Take charge of preparing for partner meetings; develop and refine collaboration models.
• Establish internal processes that connect partners with the appropriate Synera team members.
• Monitor partner activities, deal registrations, invited discovery calls, joint proof-of-concepts, and distill this information into actionable reports.
• Serve as the operational backbone of the partnerships function, facilitating its growth.
• Create documents, define meeting objectives, and establish success criteria for future partner discussions.
• Develop collaboration models outlining how partners should co-sell and how joint delivery should be organized.
• Keep a structured log of partner activities, identify effective strategies, and highlight key insights.
• Possess analytical and structured thinking skills, capable of breaking down complex situations into clear frameworks or processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and ideally German).
• Proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks without needing external motivation.
• Comfortable navigating an early-stage, fast-paced environment filled with ambiguity.
• Ability to quickly synthesize information and produce concise, well-organized documents.
• Nice to have: Background or degree in engineering.
• Nice to have: Internship experience in strategy consulting or business development.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with engineering software environments.
• Nice to have: Interest in AI, automation, or engineering technology.
