This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for partnership communications, ensuring prompt follow-up with creators, athletes, experts, agencies, and brand partners.

• Oversee campaign timelines, distribute creative briefs, gather deliverables, and manage approval processes.

• Handle partnership contracts, including signature collection, document organization, and record management.

• Maintain precise partnership databases, trackers, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.

• Monitor campaign performance, partnership activities, and operational KPIs to assist with leadership reporting.

• Organize partnership assets, communication histories, documentation, and campaign records to ensure that information remains current and accessible.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing systems, workflows, and operational processes as the partnerships program scales.

• Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent written communication skills and professional email etiquette.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and comfort with large datasets.

• Strong project management and administrative capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.

• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative, follows through, and reliably delivers without needing constant guidance.

• Comfortable with learning new software, systems, and workflows in a fast-paced setting.

• Thrives in a rapidly growing startup where priorities shift quickly and adaptability is crucial.
