This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ You will dedicate approximately half of your time to identifying and engaging with new partners, while the other half will focus on ensuring that ongoing campaigns operate smoothly from initiation to final reporting.
β’ You will serve as the primary point of contact for a considerable number of new partner relationships.
β’ Your responsibility includes pinpointing game publishers and brands whose audience needs align with the offerings of GAMURS Group, initiating discussions that the sales team can further develop into partnerships.
β’ Develop targeted outreach leveraging GAMURS Pulse audience data.
β’ Craft and dispatch personalized outreach emails that highlight relevant audience insights.
β’ Transfer warm leads to the Sales Director, providing clear context regarding the conversation's progress.
β’ Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle from signed Insertion Order (IO) to final delivery report.
β’ Monitor active campaigns across various dashboards, tracking pacing, delivery, and performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
β’ Effectively communicate campaign status regularly and clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients.
β’ Create end-of-campaign wrap reports that include performance data and insightful commentary on results.
β’ A true, working knowledge of video games β including genres, major franchises, platform differences, and gaming culture.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in sales development, partnerships, or account management, preferably within digital media or gaming.
β’ Proficiency in outbound prospecting β crafting cold emails that feel personal rather than generic.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously without oversight.
β’ Data literacy β while you donβt need to be an analyst, you should be comfortable interpreting a delivery dashboard and identifying potential issues before they escalate.
β’ Strong, confident written and verbal communication skills.
