Partnership Strategy – Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily operations to identify, assess, contract, and integrate external partners that enhance Value (i.e., impact on Total Cost of Care) and Growth for Included Health.

• Assist in executing our long-term partnership strategy to help shape the future growth trajectory of the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

• 6–8+ years of pertinent professional experience in healthcare consulting, partnerships, business development, strategy, or a related field, preferably with exposure to payers, TPAs, PBMs, or digital health solutions.

• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception to execution (e.g., integrations, partnerships, or large implementations).

• Strong analytical skills and instincts, with a proficiency in building business cases, ROI models, and performance dashboards using tools like Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools and comfort in using AI tools in daily tasks is advantageous.

• A natural talent for establishing effective relationships, influencing without authority, and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups (Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, Client Success, external partners).

• Capability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, adapt swiftly, and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a history of producing clear, executive-ready materials and fostering alignment among senior stakeholders.
