Partnership Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to uncover potential partnerships with brands, platforms, and creators.

• Engage in outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and direct messages to start conversations.

• Sustain a pipeline of active outreach efforts while ensuring persistent and professional follow-ups.

• Organize introductory calls and pitch meetings for senior team members.

• Keep the CRM system updated with contact information, outreach history, and the status of deals.

• Prepare partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval.

• Monitor and report on outreach metrics such as emails sent, responses received, calls scheduled, and deals finalized.

• A degree is not necessary.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Highly organized and determined, with excellent follow-up capabilities.

• Proficient with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking processes.

• A self-starter capable of managing a pipeline with minimal supervision.

• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing sectors.
