This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead the entire sales process from identifying targets and prospects to closing contracts, collaborating with relevant teams within the organization as needed.
• Partner with Sales Operations to pinpoint appealing targets and prospects for sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to formulate and execute a strategy for generating leads through targeted marketing campaigns, referrals from current customers, pertinent conferences, and more.
• Create and adhere to a sales plan that prioritizes desirable targets while achieving revenue and profit objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including special education directors, leadership from public school districts, non-public school administrators, School Boards, community leaders, and other influential figures.
• Assist key accounts to foster new business opportunities and expansion efforts.
• Comprehend the K-12 purchasing cycles.
• Demonstrated skills in business development and sales.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in education and/or sales.
• Proven success in managing annual multimillion-dollar sales targets within the K-12 sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational abilities.
• Aid in the creation and implementation of regional sales strategies.
• Must be proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Foster and develop connections with leaders in both public and nonpublic educational institutions.
• Contribute significantly to sales for a well-regarded, medium-sized organization with over 15 years of experience that is currently experiencing remarkable growth.
