Partnership Manager – Skills Training, Employment Transition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, inclusive, gender-sensitive, environmentally sustainable, and market-oriented skills training for youth in Sri Lanka.

• Focus on strengthening TVET Resilience & Inclusive Vocational Employment (STRIVE).

• Suggest strategies to enhance youth participation in improved TVET, leading to both employment and self-employment in sectors facing skills shortages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified, seasoned professionals from both public and private sectors with local knowledge.

• Demonstrated expertise in key sectors such as Hospitality & Tourism, Agriculture, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

• Organizational capacity to provide high-quality, inclusive, gender-sensitive, environmentally sustainable, and market-oriented skills training.

• Capability to implement initiatives in the Vauniya, Mullaitivu, and Trincomalee Districts.
