This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• The Junior Partnerships Manager collaborates closely with the Strategic Partnerships Lead and is tasked with implementing the partner ecosystem at Synera.
• This individual is responsible for preparing for partner meetings, developing and refining collaboration models (such as joint GTM strategies, partner delivery frameworks, and co-selling mechanisms), and establishing internal processes that connect partners with the appropriate Synera team members (AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers) at the right time.
• They monitor partner activities, deal registrations, scheduled discovery calls, joint proof-of-concepts, and condense this information into actionable reports.
• Over time, they will serve as the operational backbone of the partnerships function, facilitating its growth.
• Possess analytical and structured thinking, capable of deconstructing complex situations into clear frameworks or processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and ideally in German).
• Proactive work ethic, taking ownership of assignments without needing external motivation.
• Comfortable in an early-stage, dynamic environment with elements of ambiguity.
• Ability to quickly synthesize information and produce concise, well-organized documentation.
• A background or degree in engineering is a plus.
• Relevant internship experience in strategy consulting or business development is advantageous.
• Knowledge of engineering software environments is a plus.
• A keen interest in AI, automation, or engineering technology is desirable.
