This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Overseeing customer interactions at all levels: technical, business, and product to ensure their success.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with Key Clients (stakeholders).
• Recognizing opportunities and potential obstacles.
• Guaranteeing partner satisfaction through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
• Introducing clients to new features and managing feature rollouts.
• Collecting and relaying client feedback internally.
• Serving as a bridge between partners and internal teams (Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing).
• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager in the crypto, fintech, and payments sectors.
• A basic understanding of KYC is highly advantageous.
• Competency in Google Sheets / MS Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset.
