Partners Payment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for registering partner payments.

• Perform tax and document audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• Ensure payment approvals are accurate and in accordance with internal procedures.

• Examine payment types to confirm they are processed correctly.

• Liaise with employees regarding the status of their requests and manage payment-related inquiries via Jira.

• Participate in meetings with stakeholders as required.

• Foster relationships with commercial, operations, and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Basic comprehension of payment and approval workflows.

• Understanding of taxes and auditing financial documents.

• Familiarity with bank processing and fundamental account concepts.

• Demonstrated experience in an accounts payable or related financial position.

• Experience managing both vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
