
Partners Business Development Representative – BDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify and engage with agencies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Initiate discussions with agency founders and leaders, securing the opportunity for follow-up conversations
• Assess inbound partner interest and assist suitable partners in moving forward
• Reconnect with inactive or underutilized partners to identify new collaboration possibilities
• Provide support and occasionally participate in partner events and ecosystem initiatives alongside the Marketing and Sales teams
• Contribute to goals related to partner-sourced pipeline and witness the direct impact of your efforts on revenue
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or partnerships (experience in SaaS is a plus)
• Proficient in initiating conversations and cultivating relationships with agency founders and senior stakeholders
• Strong and concise communication skills, particularly in written form
• Resilient; you maintain your focus despite facing rejection
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple conversations without losing momentum
• Driven by targets and measurable results
• Inquisitive about partner ecosystems and revenue generation
• Enjoy collaborating across functions with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams
• Eager to advance into Partner Management or broader ecosystem roles in the future
