This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create technical enablement resources, certification initiatives, and playbooks that empower partners (resellers, MSPs, SIs) to effectively sell, implement, and support our products.
β’ Design, implement, and sustain partner-facing learning pathways, knowledge repositories, and resource centers that assist with onboarding, solution deployment, and ongoing technical expertise.
β’ Collaborate across functions with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partner teams to establish how technical content is developed, validated, disseminated, and enhanced.
β’ Oversee partner enablement program planning, execution, and reporting, which includes monitoring partner readiness, certification progress, and the impact on partner-generated revenue.
β’ Lead and conduct technical onboarding sessions, workshops, and practical training (demos, PoCs, labs) to expedite partner ramp-up and solution adoption.
β’ Act as a technical subject matter expert, assisting partners in pre-sales (RFPs, demos, architectures) and initial implementations.
β’ Suggest and implement scalable methods for partner enablement (e.g., virtual labs, self-paced training, AI-assisted learning), iterating based on partner feedback and performance metrics.
β’ Foster alignment among internal and external stakeholders regarding program updates, technical modifications, and enablement strategies.
β’ Serve as a strategic advisor to Product, PMM, and Partner leadership, ensuring that technical enablement stays closely aligned with product roadmaps and partner go-to-market strategies.
β’ Evaluate adoption, retention, and effectiveness of partner enablement initiatives, continuously refining processes to enhance partner capabilities, satisfaction, and revenue contributions.
β’ Over 3 years of practical experience with relevant technologies (e.g., SaaS platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure) and the capability to convert product features into partner-facing technical guidance.
β’ More than 3 years of experience in technical enablement, partner enablement, solutions engineering, or a related field within a SaaS or technology-oriented company.
β’ Experience in a quota-carrying position (sales and/or customer success), preferably as a top performer.
β’ Proficient in enablement tools, specifically LMS and CMS platforms, to create scalable, customized learning experiences.
β’ Motivated to establish foundations and develop a team of enablers who will scale programs in alignment with business requirements, while managing stakeholder priorities.
β’ Strong facilitation abilities: thoroughly prepares, communicates clearly, manages time effectively, asks insightful questions, and fosters a safe and engaging learning atmosphere.
β’ Proficient in modern SaaS technology stacks, with the ability to optimize workflows and highlight insights that enhance performance and revenue outcomes.
β’ Capable of defining benchmarks and standards for evaluating partner behaviors and performance.
β’ Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage priorities across various products, and excel in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
β’ Willingness to collaborate in person periodically (~2 weeks per quarter), traveling to team hubs, partner locations, or enablement events as necessary.
